Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. If a specification here is wrong, we want to know.

Strand & Steam is a national publisher rather than a shop. There is no storefront, no phone line and no service area, so there is no address or phone number to list here — and we would rather say that plainly than invent one to fill out a contact page.
What is most useful to send
- A specification we have wrong. Every spec block on this site links the manufacturer page it came from; if the figure there does not match ours, tell us and we will fix it.
- A manufacturer page that has moved or changed. Makers update their spec sheets and our links rot.
- A dead or wrong product link.
- A question we should be answering and are not.
Material corrections are made promptly and noted on the page with a date, so anyone reading it later can see what changed.
What we cannot help with
- Personalized hair advice. We are not stylists and we will not pretend otherwise. A hairdresser who can see your hair will give you a better answer than we can.
- Medical questions. Take those to a doctor.
- Warranty claims and returns. We do not sell anything — contact the retailer or the manufacturer.
- Product submissions from brands. We do not accept free product or samples, and we do not take payment for coverage.
