Dual voltage, and why it is the headline

Of the five multi-stylers in this registry, the T3 Aire360 is the only one that publishes dual voltage. Dyson publishes 120 V, Shark publishes 120 V on both FlexStyle models, and Calista publishes 125 V.

Attachments are the Dyson’s answer

Dyson publishes the broadest set here: curling barrels, smoothing brushes and a round volumizing brush. T3 publishes two extra-long curling attachments, specified left and right.

Left and right matters more than it reads. Curling both sides of your head in the same rotation direction is what makes a set of curls look lopsided, and opposing attachments remove the problem without any technique. Dyson solves the same thing with barrel design.

A range instead of a figure

T3 publishes 1,200–1,400 W rather than a single number, which is honest about a tool whose draw varies by mode but makes precise comparison impossible. Dyson publishes 1,300 W flat — inside T3’s range, which is about as close as this gets.

T3 publishes no weight for the Aire360. Dyson publishes 1.4 lb. On a tool you hold at head height while a section wraps and sets, that is the row we would most like filled, and T3 fills it on almost every other product it makes.

Barrel length, and why both brands mention it

T3 calls its curling attachments extra-long. Dyson sells the Airwrap in a Complete Long configuration. Both are answering the same complaint from the same customer: a short barrel cannot hold a full section of long hair.

When it cannot, you wrap the rest separately and end up with two different curl diameters on one head - the most common reason an air-styled set looks uneven rather than undone. It is a geometry problem, not a technique problem, and no amount of practice fixes a barrel that is too short for your hair.

Finally, think about where the attachments go. Both of these are systems, and a system that arrives in a case usually stays tidy while one that does not spreads across a bathroom within a month. Neither brand publishes a storage solution as part of the specification, so budget for a drawer tray or a pouch - the tool is only as convenient as the five minutes it takes to find the right head.

Buy the T3 Aire360 if you travel with your styling tools, if you want left and right curling attachments without learning the technique, or if a 9 ft cord matters in your bathroom.

Buy the Dyson Airwrap if you want the widest attachment set, a published weight, and the Coanda barrel design the category was built around — and you never need it abroad.
